My Reflections.

Hi, first, is important to know that we did 13 breads, the materials that we use are: 
-Flour.
-Yeast.
-Sal.
-Water.
-Sugar.

-Fat.

We changed the amounts in each bread, in one we put too much yeast, in others much sugar, and in all the breads were differents amounts..
We can say in the conclusions that if you put too much of yeast, the bread will go up, but is important to know that we can't exceed the amounts because the bread will be collapsed, with bad taste and poor maintenance, if we put a very little amount of  yeast, the bread is not going to go up. But if we put the exactly amount of yeast, the bread will be perfect!

Introducing Myself.

Hello Everyone my name is Angelica Suffo, this is my first post in my new blog! I was born in Puerto La Cruz at 11/03/1997. I love my family, I think that is the best ever. My mom is Silvana, is a very lovely person. My dad is Georges, he is a very serious person. My brother is Georges too, I think that he is the most annoying brother ever, but yes, I love him. I study in Don Bosco School, Barcelona.

This is my favorite picture, I don't know why. I just think that is very pretty and is a memory of a travel. I love the animals and in that picture i was loving them, it was at the second time that i touch parrots  and I have that moment in my mind like it was yesterday. I really love this picture, the people of the picture are my brother, my mom, and my person.
